The Capstone College of Nursing is seeking residents of Tuscaloosa County who were displaced following the 2011 tornado to participate in a research study.

Participation in the study involves completing a questionnaire and being interviewed about your current neighborhood and how it compares. 
We would like to honor your participation by providing the results of the study in addition to information about various community resources. You will be compensated with a $25 virtual gift card for full participation in the study.
